I think that Abi and I have finally settled on a draft baby name shortlist for the next addition to our little tribe.

Firstly here is the list of names that have been tested but found wanting.

Boys

Lars
Ives
Evan
Raul

Girls

Willow
Sorell

Here is the latest draft of names in contention

Boys

Orrin
Oren (my personal favourite)
Soren

Girls

Suki (Abi's Favourite)
Yumi (my favourite)
Fern
Bracken

Anyway i'm sure these will change as the big day looms closer (We gave Sol his name on the day he was born because it was a beautiful sunny day (he was due to be called Devon or Tien)).

Pippa is a great name and it fits with all ages...

if i had had another girl she would have been "sparkle":yes:

wish i had had the guts to have named my eldest that....

I like Soren and love Bracken but think that sounds better for a boy. Devon & Tian are also lovely names. I've always liked the names Deri for a boy and Cerys for a girl. You might find that you come up with a new name on the day of the birth. Some people are "born" into their names :)

coralie is Abi's middle name and the name of her great grandmother. If the baby is a girl we will give it the middle nae of coralie
